Nelufar Hedayat travels to Karachi in Pakistan to meet the vaccinators who risk their lives to save children from polio.
Pakistan is one of the few countries in the world where polio rates are rising. Vaccination is the only way to eradicate the disease - there is no cure. But the Taliban have issued a decree against vaccination and are murdering health workers.
